So as with every new year the resolution to lose weight comes upon me.
This year will be different, I am determined not only to lose some weight, but overall feel better. I really have felt lethargic lately and know my eating habits and lack of exercise and taking care of myself is to blame.
To begin with, I signed up for Weight Watchers.
Stepping on that scale was the slap in the face I needed! Wow!
This will not turn into a weight loss blog - but I do consider it a lifestyle blog so I will talk about my weight loss and share some recipes that are healthier, and hopefully lots of cute fashion ideas too!
