Cheesy Garlic Bread

Yesterday I shared my lasagna recipe - today we need to have some cheesy garlic bread to go with it!

I can take absolutely no credit for this recipe, we can thank the Pioneer Woman for this recipe - it is absolutely perfect.

After you take your lasagna out of the oven, while it is resting is the perfect amount of time it will take to bake the garlic bread.

Ingredients:
2 cups grated Cheddar
2 cups grated Pepper Jack
1/2 cup grated Parmesan
3/4 cup (real) mayonnaise
1 1/2 sticks softened butter
1 dash salt
Freshly ground black pepper
4 cloves garlic, finely minced
1 loaf crusty French bread
Mix the cheeses with the mayonnaise and 1/2 stick of the softened butter. Add the salt and pepper to taste and set aside.

Melt the remaining 1 stick butter in a skillet over medium-low heat and add the garlic.
Cut the loaf of bread in half. Brush the garlic butter over each half, making sure it’s evenly distributed.
Spread the cheese mixture on the loaves.

Bake in 375 degree oven until the cheese is hot and bubbly, about 10 minutes.
Then time for dinner!
