Thanksgiving Menu

It's a week away - it's a week away!  Yikes!  Need to get my behind in gear and figure out what my Thanksgiving menu will be.

For starters, no big ole turkey.  This year I want to do a turkey breast roulade with stuffing and maybe potatoes and maybe gravy inside.  Something like this:

But not sure anyone other than me likes it, so maybe something different this year will be:
