Paula Deen’s Baked French Toast Casserole

This breakfast casserole has become a tradition in my household for every Christmas morning as well as anytime I have guests over for brunch.  

I follow Paula Deen’s recipe for the most part, but have tweaked it just a bit over the years for me.  I really like it with brioche bread – yummy!
