Chrissy Teigen's Scalloped Potatoes

First of all - if you don't follow Chrissy Teigen on Twitter - start!  She is hilarious! 

I knew she had a cookbook but honestly wasn't sure how great the food would be - until I came across this recipe for Scalloped Potatoes.  It really was one of the best dishes I've ever made! 

I really don't know how to explain it but it ends up being so oozy and creamy - you'd think there was a pound of cheese in there but there isn't. 

Then I tweeted Chrissy to let her know how much I loved her recipe - and she LIKED my tweet!!!!  I felt like a superstar!
